HENRY HOLAS FOUNDATION RELIEVES THE HOSPITAL BILLS BURDEN OF PATIENTS IN OAUTHC, IlE IfE.

On Saturday, 5th August 2023, Henry Holas Foundation visited the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC) to pay the hospital bills of some patients that have been medically detained in the hospital and also distribute packages containing baby essentials valuable to both mothers and their babies.

The Henry Holas Foundation Team got to the hospital at 11 am, and the team leader introduced the foundation to the admin officer of the hospital, afterward a list of patients where given to the team to make selections and payments.

The team proceeded to the new mother's unit, Henry Holas Foundation was introduced to the new mother by the team facilitator, followed by a song of praise to cheer the mothers up. Afterward, the gift was shared with the mothers, and the team proceeded to other wards, ensuring no mother was left behind.??

The highlight of the day was the heartwarming thankful speech given by a mother at the ICU unit, expressing how overjoyed they would finally be going home after staying long in the hospital due to lack of financial capability to foot their bills.

The event was a great success, and we received positive feedback from the hospital staff members expressing their gratitude for the support. It was a heartwarming experience, and we look forward to organizing more outreach programs to support those in need.
